法拉利之家

这是一套“跨时空”的案子,疫情加上时差。除了“希望在客厅也能看到车库的跑车”的需求,业主将一切全权委托我们。面对已经被拆的“面目全非”的500㎡零碎平面,FF用14个月的时间,从设计、施工、软装、景观全程负责,最终交上了一份超预期的“答卷”。

This is a transformational design that involves work done in different time and space. From consultation to final shooting, it was a very enjoyable design experience. The designer found, when measuring, that the villa had been demolished beyond recognition. Eventually, it took the FF team 14 months of meticulous work to present you with this satisfactory result.





The Building Itself as a View
外部亦是内部


看似内外有别的空间,实则相互补充,不可分割,共同构成了整体。这次的设计,自然也是从外部开始的。

The inside and the outside of the house seem to be different and independent of each other, but the styles of the both are interconnected and perfectly blended, thus creating a beautiful design. If one perceives minimalism as somehow too simple and cold, the art graffiti on garage door will ingeniously dispel this concern by integrating the fashion trend into minimalism.





运用现代主义的设计手法,将原本欧式的门头改为简单的“白盒子”。为平衡可能产生的冰冷感并增加识别度,车库门大胆地采用艺术涂鸦形式,并将业主喜欢的“金钱、大象、智慧”等元素融入其中,极具潮流感。

The landscape also reflects the owner's needs and temperament to a certain extent. The modernist design technique coincides with the minimalist life concept. The designer changed the original European-style porch to a simple "white box", and the blocks placed in a seemingly random manner carry a rational thinking logic.








花园内通过细沙、彩色大象、绿植等营造出日式“枯山水”的意境。ROSHULTS的烧烤架、躺椅、与木质铺地,全部以单纯的几何形体呈现,通过体块间的组合与碰撞,将极简之美发挥地淋漓尽致。

There is fine sand, colorful elephants, and green plants in the garden, where the artistic conception of Japanese dry landscape is modernized and interpreted. From Röshults’ barbecue grills to the recliners and wooden floors, simple geometric shapes run through the whole design. Objects form patterns and patterns create meanings, leaving the space the spectacular purity.

Dismantling and Reorganization
破坏与重组


FF通过空间的重新组合,打破零碎平面的限制,以竖向功能分区带动平面布局的形成,从一层到三层,自然地划分为公共区—半公共+私密区—私密区。

In the face of the fragmented and destroyed interior, how to break this inconvenience through the reorganization of the space has become the key to the design. Priority was given to vertical functional zoning, which divided the first floor to the third floor into public areas and public-plus-private areas.





简洁又不失细节的黑色岩板桌嵌在两个墙体之间,也由此形成了室内的第一个洄游动线。

On the first floor, the black slate table placed in the center of the dining room is the first moving route, breaking the originally stagnant atmosphere.





为了避免从楼梯下来后第一眼就看到餐桌,FF特意将楼梯对面的墙体加宽,运用古典园林中隔而不塞的造园手法,增加层次感。透过方形洞,将后面墙上的无框钟引至餐厅,前后层叠的视觉效果犹如一个表盘。

The gardening techniques of classical gardens are also cleverly adopted. The specially widened wall opposite the stairs separates but does not clog, blocking the sight and creating different layers. The square hole on the wall introduces the frameless clock behind it to the dining room. The multiple far-reaching visual effects are really fascinating.





餐厅的风口与灯结合在一起,将极简的品质贯彻到每一个细节。餐边柜内部暗藏了蓝色的灯光,就像给白色的空间化妆一样,通过不同的灯光变化,引导情绪的转变。

The air outlet of the dining room is combined with the light to increase functionality. The sideboardcasts blue light over the simple white space, producing a powerful drama and arousing emotional changes.





沙发的组合形式围绕承重柱展开,串联起原本零碎的空间,并由此形成了第二条洄游动线。

The Ligne Roset sofa is placed around the pillars to become the second free moving route in the living room, which connects the fragments smoothly, so that the originally limited area can be transformed into a unique advantage.





留白的手法让每一处装饰的出现都显得恰到好处,而不喧宾夺主。克制的中性色调并不会使空间清寡,反而留了更多的想象空间,让人达到一种情绪上的舒缓和冷静。

The dysfunctional decoration is meaningless. Minimalism does not mean emptiness but the right appearance of every single item. The large area of white space creates simplicity and clearness. Decorations and colors are presented in an extremely restrained manner, leaving the possibility of dialogue, communication and thinking.














开放式厨房与客厅相连通,使得家人间的交流与互动更加多样,同时也构成了第三条洄游动线。

The linkage between the kitchen and the living room has strengthened the interaction and communication between people, objects and spaces, and the kitchen has therefore added a social attribute. Without the restriction and interference of the load-bearing column, the island, as the natural division between the living room and the kitchen, on the contrary, presents a wonderful beauty of the structure, and naturally becomes the third moving route.





原始结构存在的承重柱恰好位于岛台处,FF将两者相互穿插处理,并通过不锈钢包裹柱子与结构梁,起到弱化作用。尤其是在线性灯的配合下,其空间张力被彻底激发。

Stainless steel is adopted to cover the top beams and load-bearing columns so they are visually weakened, and the line of light on the columns further shapes them. In this way, the sense of volume and the spaciousness for the island are completely enhanced.






FF DESIGN




采光最好的一面作为茶室,原木色的护墙板营造出静谧的空间氛围,可以喝茶也可以冥想。

A corner with excellent daylight is reserved for the tea room. The simple and elegant style has reached the balance and fusion of classic and modern in this space.





Harmony with Light
和光同尘


受到路易斯·康对于光的运用的启发,FF将自然光线引入室内,并引导行为动线的产生。

Light is a gift from nature, and also a very special architectural element. Inspired by Louis Kahn's use of light, the designer tried to free light flow in the space.





原本昏暗的玄关因为开了几个竖条窗,并在镜面的反射下,使得光与空间形成了一种韵律感,极简而高级,将入户的仪式感拉满。

Several vertical windows in the entrance area are matched with the reflection of the mirror to ensure lighting while avoiding excessive natural light. The rhythmic structure of light and shadow creates a sense of ritual and order when people are entering.

抛弃了传统的扶手形式,铁艺线条扶手搭配白色的石材踏步,在光与影的作用下,看上去简约而具有线条层次感。

The light spilt is a compelling note. The natural light cast through the skylight of the stairwell, to a certain extent, affects the moving line. The shadows of the hollow iron handrails fall on the white stone steps, telling a story of light and shadow.





二层通向露台的走道采用欲扬先抑的手法,以线性光引导视线,让人们感受到明—暗—明的光影体验。

It suddenly gets dark on the passageway to the terrace on the second floor, only with the glass door introducing natural light and landscape into the interior. One can experience the bright-dark-bright change in the process. This scene reminds people of Tadao Ando's "Church of Light" and adds a touch of literary poetry to the space.





利用靠近门的那根低梁,将通往阳台的顶面略微向下倾斜处理,与走道两边的黑色烤漆玻璃一起,将空间无限延伸。

For the low beam near the door, it is better to take advantage of it and make the top surface slope slightly downwards along the balcony. With the black lacquered glass and linear light on both sides of the walkway, the space is thus extended.





Art and Life
艺术·生活

为满足业主想要在客厅看见跑车的心愿,车库被设计成为橱窗的样式。

The essence of the design is to solve problems. The owner's wish to see the sports car in the living room naturally contributes to the formal expression of the display, and the garage is therefore designed with display windows.




FF DESIGN





透明的玻璃将跑车作为展品,展示于家中,无论再哪个角度,都可以欣赏到这个特殊的艺术品。

The transparent glass allows the sports car to turn into a special artwork for display in the home. Whether it is in the living room or the dining room, the owner can always see the car.





车库内还专门预留了投影幕布,营造出露天影院的感受。二层的起居室在设计时也在适度地“去生活化”,摒弃了传统的传统的沙发形式,取而代之的是鹅卵石的坐垫,空间也因此变得更加灵活。黑色烤漆玻璃搭配发光圈,未来感十足,恍惚间以为自己误入某个现代艺术展。

The projection screen reserved in the garage makes the space more functional and one can easily feel as if he was in an open-air cinema. Wilde once said, "life imitates art far more than art imitates life". Therefore, the designer appropriately made it less life-like in the design of the living room on the second floor. Cobblestone cushions instead of sofa are in the center. The background is black painted glass with an aperture. The whole scene is quite futuristic and artistic.



Living to the Heart
向心而居


二层以上的空间作为睡眠区,通过不同的风格,共同展现出简约而不失品质的设计主题。

Looking outward you will see the world and looking inward you will find yourself. If public space is an external display, then residential space is a projection of oneself internally. Although the guest rooms on the second floor are with different styles and themes, they collectively interpret the simplicity, tranquility and comfort of life.














斑马纹的护墙板以经典的黑白配色颇具现代感,让人们的心自然地沉静下去。

The zebra-stripe wood veneer panels instantly bring people into another mood. The vertical lines of black and white tone increase the visual height of the space. They are simple and vivid.





三层作为业主的VIP室,以睡眠区为核心,将其余的功能串联排布,从而达到了顶级酒店般的居住体验。

The third floor is a solitary space for the owner. In addition to daily needs, it is more important to build a spiritual world. With the bedroom as the core, the living room, cloakroom, toilet, and terrace are arranged around it to establish a harmonious spatial order and achieve a living experience like a top hotel.





透明的玻璃将各个看似封闭、独立的空间打破,形成通透的格局与体验,创建出更加自由的状态。

Through transparent glass, the boundary between areas is weakened, and the intimate relationship is created in the interaction between “seeing” and “being seen”.





浴室内特别选用了Antoniolupi淋浴,极简却不乏使用,与隐形地漏相互呼应,以线条构筑视觉之美。

The minimalist design is in every detail. The Antoniolupi shower that is specially selected uses only simple lines to achieve the dual effect of practicality and beauty, and also adds artistic appeal to the space.





岛台还配备了可旋转的书桌,将功能的利用率发挥到极致,这里,不仅是起居室,还可作为办公区,同时也是室内外的连接处。

The living room serves as a link between the inner and outer spaces, integrating tranquility and scenery here. An island equipped with a rotatable desk extends an independent additional work area, discovering more functions in the space.
